Who we are
We are a private nonprofit foundation, general character university Hospital, high complexity, more than 40 years of functioning being founded in 1970.
We serve under the motto of “the Hospital with Soul”. Our labor has been recognized by the Hospital Management Center, the Economic Development Ministry, the Social Protection Ministry, ICONTEC and as a result we are the first accredited Hospital in Antioquia and the first to be recognized in excellence in Colombia.
Likewise the Hospital has been accredited by Joint Commission International since 2015, an international organization who measures and evaluates quality and security at the service of patients on a global scale.
Currently we are ranked by American Economy magazine as one of the best Hospitals in Colombia and South America and for the third consecutive year we are recognized as one of the best companies to work in and the best reputation in Colombia by MERCO magazine.
Our international office is an area dedicated exclusively to bring support to the patient, the family and the insurer. We offer personalized companionship before, during and after your visit.
As a complimentary service, we advice you and your family with hotel, tourism and transport connections during your stay in the city.
Our office has a waiting room, internet, kitchen and TV, so that you and your companion could enjoy a comfortable place to make you feel at home during your stay at the Hospital.
We are in charge of booking your appointments as quick as possible, reducing downtime when possible and orienting you administratively thru a direct contact with the treating physicians and the insurer, making your process easy to flow and priority.
